I initially called John w/ LeafTide Solutions to check and clean my Gutter Helmet System for bird nests which were obstructing water drainage and causing overflow. John found quite a large amount of bird nests and bird nest debris at the ends of all the gutters. He removed all the debris and flushed the gutters and then covered up the tiny opening at the ends with a mesh wire screen to prevent further bird occupancy. I then had John power wash the house to remove all the streaking from water overflow. Oh my gosh, I am so happy with the entire outcome. I feel I have added so much to the life and appearance of my home. The attention to detail and the quality of work way exceeded my expectations. And all for a very fair price! I have added this company to my phone contact list.

We had a little tree growing out of our gutter that was pulling up some of the roof tiles. We were very concerned about the damage so we found John at LeafTide. He came out and did a really great job of not only removing the tree, but he also repaired the roof tiles, cleaned out all our gutters, power washed the whole gutter system and removed all our antiquated gutter guards. He was very kind and patient with us and even came out a few months later and repaired a loose gutter for us. I would highly recommend LeafTide.

LeafTide Solutions just came to power wash my house and it’s never been so clean! John was awesome, showed up early, listened to my blah-blah-blahs about my plants (I’m a horticulturalist so plants are kinda a big deal to me and I was worried about the bleach on them) and assured me they’d be well taken care of, pointed out some issues with our gutters I’d never noticed and wouldn’t have until it was an issue, did my curb and driveway concrete apron (talk about some major street appeal- it looks NEW), mailbox, screened porch, sidewalk AND the whole house. The team here is awesome! I put out for quotes across 10 different companies for hauling away a large section within 24 hours. All 10 companies advertised quick quotes, easy scheduling and haul away. John at leaf tide solutions came out to clean my windows. The job was very time consuming since we have a pretty large home. John was professional and friendly from beginning to end. He arrived on time, got the job done and seemingly never missed a beat. You can tell he has a passion for his job and provides superior customer service. John came to my house and did pressure washing on the whole house plus the concrete walkway and an additional concrete patch by the backyard deck. He did a fantastic job. Just had our house powerwashed and the gutters cleaned out. It looks great, LeafTide Solutions did an amazing job! The siding and windows need to be completely replaced and they still look good. We had a little tree growing out of our gutter that was pulling up some of the roof tiles. We were very concerned about the damage so we found John at LeafTide. He came out and did a really great job of not only removing the tree, but he also repaired the roof tiles, cleaned out all our gutters, power washed the whole gutter system and removed all our antiquated gutter guards. He was very kind and patient with us and even came out a few months later and repaired a loose gutter for us. I would highly recommend LeafTide.

John soft washed my roof a couple weeks ago, and it looks brand new again. It’s 20+ years old, but with the original color uniform across it and all the mold and moss growing on it, well it’s all gone. We are new to the area and just moved into our home that had been vacant throughout the fall and desperately needed the gutters cleaned. I called LeafTide to inquire about services and John offered to come out the next day. We weren't able to do the suggested date due to needing to go out of town for a family matter, so John offered to come out the same day we called. The owner was professional, gave us great recommendations and made sure to clean up after himself. Our gutters have been overflowing and we didn’t know why. He installed a bigger downspout so the water could drain faster and prevent overflowing in the gutter. In addition, he got on our roof with a blower and cleaned all of our gutters and checked all the downspouts for clogs. Will have him back to do more work.

I had to install a gutter for my gazebo near the deck. John came out and did a fantastic job. It rained hard one day. I noticed some of the water was still in the gutter and did not flow towards downspout. So I contacted John on Sunday to explain the situation. He came out the next day. We found out that my gazebo was not leveled, so he adjusted the gutter and the water began to flow out. He put more water from my hose to test it out before he left. His customer service after the job meant a lot to me. John, I appreciate you keeping your words and coming back out. I will call you for my next house power washing. I will ask my family and relatives to do the same.
